The Next Step Group is a community of families and caregivers of adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

OUR MISSION

Dancing feet

The mission of the Next Step Group is to gather a community of people who are dedicated to helping each other prepare our adult children with an intellectual/developmental disability live the highest functioning, most independent life they chose in the Triangle and surrounding counties of North Carolina.

 

 

The 2010 Wake County Community Assessment Report estimates there are 5,430 adults with developmental disabilities in Wake County.
