The North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities (NCCDD) is developing the next Five-Year State Plan and wants to hear from you!
If you live in North Carolina and are a person with an intellectual or other developmental disability (I/DD), a family member, a service provider or a stakeholder, we want your input! The Five-Year Plan provides a unique opportunity to listen and learn from you as we look ahead at what should shape the future to improve the lives of individuals with I/DD and their families. There are two ways for you to let us know what is important to you and where we should focus our efforts over the next five years. We are hosting listening sessions across NC and have posted an on-line survey. Please take part in both.
Listening Sessions: These sessions will be less than two hours. These sessions are meant to be inclusive of all people. They are free. We do ask that you please register on the NCCDD website (Five-Year Plan tab has all of the information).
Survey: The on-line survey is short! Please take the survey and send it to others.

We ask that you share this opportunity with others. Thank you.
